After full payment, custom code and completed website work created for your project is yours. Hosting cancellation includes a handover. Third-party licensed assets and paid subscriptions are excluded unless transferable.
A practical process
We begin with a call to understand your customers, current website, content and goals. You receive a scope and timeline before work begins. We then share the design direction for feedback, build the agreed pages, check phone and desktop layouts and prepare the site for launch. Calls and reviews happen online, so you do not need to be near our Palmerston North office.
Our published packages are priced in NZD, with Starter setup from NZD $499 plus a monthly hosting plan from NZD $49. We confirm the complete price, billing currency, domain costs, content work and any third-party subscriptions in your written quote before you commit. Package launch targets depend on receiving the content and approvals needed for the build.
FernByte is based in New Zealand and serves Australian clients remotely. We do not claim a physical Australian office or on-site visits. If a project needs local photography, in-person workshops or other location-specific work, tell us early so we can agree how that will be handled.
