Moving from an existing email provider takes planning. We assess eligible standard IMAP mailboxes, agree a migration plan and cutover, then check sending and receiving. The published migration service covers one domain and up to ten mailboxes, up to 25 GB each.

Your organisation retains ownership of its Microsoft 365 tenant. Tell us what you already use so we can assess the appropriate next step. Existing subscription commitments, reseller changes and access requirements need to be checked before any change is agreed.
Microsoft subscriptions and FernByte service work are quoted separately. Our published Setup Essentials service is NZ$199 one-off for one business, one domain and up to five users. Licence charges, domain registration and existing email migration are additional. We agree the scope and costs before work starts.
We assess the source mailboxes first. Our standard IMAP migration service covers one domain and one to ten eligible mailboxes, up to 25 GB each, with an agreed cutover and send/receive checks. Other mailbox types, files and more complex migrations need a separate assessment and quote.

Microsoft 365 service work is scheduled by arrangement, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm New Zealand time, excluding NZ public holidays. Extra remote work is NZ$50/hour in 15-minute increments, approved before it starts. The optional monthly support plan has its own user and time limits.
